  • HIGH RELIABILITY
    Full digital control mode - Advanced dual-core DSP digital control technology, and dual DSP control are used for the rectifier and the inverter to effectively improve the product performance and system reliability.
    Intelligent fan speed control - The speed of the fan changes intelligently with temperature. Combined with the design of post-exhaust cooling, it can effectively reduce the noise influence of the whole machine on the surrounding environment and prolong the service life of the fan. 50% load is available in case of failure in one fan and 30% load in case of failure in two fans, with strong fault tolerance.
    Perfect software and hardware protection - The inverter has AC input over-voltage, overload, short circuit protection, over-temperature protection, IGBT wave-by-wave current limiting protection, battery under-voltage protection and battery overcharge protection and other multi-functional protection and strong self-diagnosis function to greatly ensure the stability and reliability of the system operation.
    Process optimization - Three-prevention soaking process is used, so UPS can work in a bad environment for a long time.
    Redundant parallel connection - Advanced digital parallel technology, redundant parallel machine can obtain higher reliability than single machine system.
  • HIGH USABILITY
    5 inch LCD+LED display - 5 inch color touch screen: the monitoring display unit of UPS is located on the 5 inch color touch screen of the whole machine. By operating the monitoring and display unit, the operation control, parameter setting, operation status checking, alarm checking and other functions can be realized for the UPS.
    LED display: there are three LED states light: green light is normally on, red light is normally on, and red light is flashing, which corresponds to power supply mode, UPS fault, UPS alarm.
    Powerful background software:
    1. The working status and parameter information of the system can be viewed.
    2. Parameter setting (mode setting, communication, dry contact, input, output, battery and other parameters setting).
    3. Parameter calibration (inverter voltage, output voltage, DC component, battery voltage, bus voltage, etc.).
    4. Other function settings (mute, automatic battery discharge shutdown time, automatic ON/ OFF, etc.).
    5. Download history, search fault information and online procedures upgrade.
    Compact design - Adopt full digital control technology, power module reuse design, compact internal layout achieve miniaturization of the whole machine, reduce footprint, and input cost.
  • HIGH AVAILABILITY
    Super wide input range - Input voltage range: 138~485Vac (linear derating at 138~ 304Vac and 40%~100% load, and no derating at 304~485Vac), input frequency range: 40~70Hz, 50/60Hz, power grid system which is self-adaptive, suitable for harsh power grid environment, greatly reduce battery discharge times, extend battery life, and easier to match with the operation of small capacity generator.
    Double input - Double input design, support independent bypass, improve the availability of the bypass.
    High power factor - The output power factor 1.0, 11% higher than the carrying capacity of traditional products with PF=0.9.
    Adjustable cell number - Support ±15~22 (30~44) cells, which can be flexibly configured. The cell cost can be reduced by fewer cells in the early stage, and the maintenance cost can be saved by more cells in the later stage (the battery can be double eliminated in case of failure, and the maintenance is convenient on the basis of meeting the discharge time). The lithium battery system can be customized.
    Cold start function - In the case of no mains, UPS can be started directly with the battery to meet emergency needs.
    Zero switching - Pure online dual transform design: when the mains is unstable, the time for switching to UPS is zero to effectively ensure the security and reliability of load operation.
    Starting delay after power recovery - The restarting time delay after power recovery can be set to reduce the impact on the power grid or the
    generator.
    Frequency conversion mode - Support frequency conversion mode of 50Hz input /60Hz output and 60Hz input /50Hz output to meet the special needs of the users.

    Standard: RS232, USB, RS485, RJ45, input and output dry contact, parallel interface, LBS interface, EPO and battery temperature compensation interface.

  • HIGH INTELLECTUALITY
    Intelligent management - It supports various communication interfaces such as RS232, USB, RS485, RJ45, SNMP card, WIFI card, GPRS card and 4G card to monitor the running status of UPS locally or by the network. After configuring WIFI card, GPRS card and 4G card, UPS can be monitored through mobile APP in real time.
    Battery management - Intelligent battery management, automatic floating charge control and charger sleep control can improve the reliability of charger and increase the battery life. Regular battery self-test can be carried out through monitoring.

  • ENERGY CONSERVATION AND ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
    Active power factor correction - Adopting digital controlled active power factor correction (PFC) technology, the input power factor is up to more than 0.99, avoiding pollution to the grid environment, achieving energy saving and reducing the cost of system investment.
    Overall efficiency - System efficiency increased to 96% and energy saving rate doubled.
    ECO mode - When the power grid is in good condition, the working efficiency is up to 99% with high efficiency and energy saving after the ECO mode is started. In ECO working mode, a 120 kVA UPS full-load work can save 9500 EUR (calculated by 0,3 EUR per kWh) in electric charge for one year.).
